This 3 Days Gorilla Tracking Bwindi safari package will reward you the most memorable experience with these primates in just three days. Please note that this safari already requires you to be in Uganda since it requires a very early departure to Bwindi in south western Uganda. This Uganda safari package can offer a luxury gorilla trekking experience or a budget gorilla trekking experience depending on the accommodation you chose.
DAY 1 – Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Being the first day of your 3 Days Gorilla tracking Bwindi safari, our safari guide and a representative from our company will pick you up at your place of stay and transfer you to Bwindi Forest National Park, a home of Uganda’s Mountain Gorillas. This journey is about 8 – 9 hours by road hence, you ought to be ready for it. While you travel, you will have a brief stopover at the equator – a line that separates the northern and southern hemispheres of earth for coffee a photography moments.
You shall then proceed to Mbarara where you will have your lunch from before making your final journey to Bwindi arriving late in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge for comfortable stay and Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge for luxury stay.
Day 2 – Gorilla Tracking
This day you will spend majority of your morning hours touring various caves around Mount Elgon National Park whilst learning about their respective facts and history. Your guide will also take you to the smallest falls for another breathtaking sight of the falls. After lunch, you will head for a community tour where you should meet various members of the community and see them carry out their day to day activities. You will also carry out a coffee plantations tour where you will learn how to plant and process Arabic coffee before you retreat for the activity and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Overnight at Sipi River Lodge or Lacam Lodge.

Day 3 – Transfer To Kampala and Departure
After an early morning breakfast on this last day of your 3 Days Gorilla tracking Bwindi safari, you will embark on a 9 hours drive to Kampala having brief stopovers at Mbarara for lunch and the equator for photography and coffee. Upon reaching Kampala, you will be transferred to the airport for departure.
