Day 1 – Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
You will leave Kampala very early in the morning and drive towards Lake Mburo through Masaka with a brief stopover at the equator for photography moments. Notably, the equator line separates the two hemispheres of earth and you will notice a lot of crazy stuff about climate at this place. Feel free to take lifetime photographs with feet on separate hemispheres, have a cup of coffee, relax and proceed to the pack for lunch and an afternoon boat ride that should reward you sights of hippopotamuses, various species of birds, buffaloes plus more animals. Overnight at Mihingo Lodge for luxury, Rwakobo Rock for moderate stay and Eagles Nest Camp for shoestring.
Day 2 – Morning Bush Walk and afternoon Horseback Ride
Right after having a nice breakfast meal, you will set off for a morning bush walk under the accompaniment of an armed game ranger to protect you from any harm. You should chance a lot of Zebras, the rare Impalas, Topis plus more wildlife before you return to the lodge for a lunch break. In the afternoon you do the same, only that this time round you go riding a horse as you watch wildlife. Whilst riding these horses, the mere fact that there is no engine sound will probably make you feel part of the nature and also get a chance to see more rare species of wildlife. Overnight at Mihingo Lodge for luxury, Rwakobo Rock for moderate stay and Eagles Nest Camp for shoestring.
Day 3 – Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Kampala
On this day, you will rise to as early morning breakfast, carry out a thrilling morning game drive and then get on your journey back to Kampala making another at the equator for coffee. When you reach Kampala, you will choose to either be dropped at the airport to catch up with your return flight / flight back home or rather dropped around your preferred accommodation facility for an overnight. If you wish to spend an extra night, we can arrange that for you as well.
